I am totally happy with the practice. However, the nationwide problem of not being able to visit the doctor can be frustrating and I believe is part of the problem with A&E departments. On a recent visit I was appalled that the general public don't seem to know what A&E stands for and much of the conversation was 'well I can't get to see my doctor' . I appreciate that telephone consultations enable the practice to deal with more patients but without that face to face many will not open up and talk about what is really on their mind. I don't know the answer to this but felt it a could opportunity to have a say. thank-you To all staff from A - Z keep doing your best most of us really do appreciate your hard work.
